do u know were the file is located.
      1)Open Command Prompt(run>>cmd)
      2)Open Task Manager(run>>taskmgr)

In task manager click the processes tab then search for explorer.exe right click on it and choose end process.
      LEAVE COMMAND PROMPT OPEN!!

in command prompt type DEL followed by the entire file path then hit enter

Just to add to rickey b's, when you end explorer .exe, your start menu will dissapear. To get it back once you delete the process, just go to file -> new Process -> and type "explorer.exe" in taskmanager

if that dosent work, boot your computer in safe mode, and delete it there, or boot from a live linux CD and do it there.

Also, if you cant get an antivirus, go to warez-bb.org and download avi.ra (without the . , i put it there so the virus wont shut you down), search the apps, or download it in safe mode.
