hi, I am kind of computer illiterate and I need help with how to delete Norton Internet Security from my computer. I noticed that it doesn't really do anything for my computer in terms of getting rid of risks. It told me my computer was risk free already, but i ran another scan and it found another harmful cookie. So now, I'm planning to replace it with either Avast or AVG (I'm still trying to decide which one). How do I delete Norton Internet Security from my computer or do I uninstall it? I don't understand (sorry, please help).

Run Norton Removal Tool, that will remove all traces of the evil that is norton
As far as which anti virus you should choose, both avg and avast are good, but i can also highly recommend kaspersky - you pay for it but it is an excellent bit of software.
The tracking cookie you found isnt actually that harmfull, its fairly innocuous, but on the other hand i cant recommend norton at all.
