How to disable Norton GoBack when I can’t boot?

I installed Norton SystemWorks including GoBack. When I rebooted, I got “Load Error! Press any key to continue.”

I tried booting from the Norton disk and an emergency boot disk, but both say that they can’t work unless I disable GoBack. But I can’t disable it — that is, using Ctrl-Alt-G just keeps giving me the “Load Error” message.

Is there a way to disable or delete GoBack when you can’t boot from the HD or an emergency CD?
