How to display the contents of an Oracle table in internet explorer?

I’m doing a project that involves displaying the contents of an Oracle database table in internet Explorer.
I have designed a table using Html, how do i get to display the items from the table to IE?
I’m familiar with Java and Jscript, but the linking still eludes me.
