I have a virus that appears to be trend micro. It removes my users and prevents me from doing a system restore. Every time I log into my administrator account, it brings up a popup telling me that my trend micro is out of date. I have never downloaded trend micro. Help me get rid of it.
but its not trend micro, its a look alike virus. And it is smart, it stops me from getting rid of it
