How to fix my error with Trend Micro Vista upgrade?

I have Trend Micro 2007 and I'm trying to upgrade it to be compatible with Windows Vista. I bought a new computer that has Vista, but I have to upgrade my program first on Windows XP before I can install it on my new computer with Vista.

I've downloaded the upgrade file, but when I try to open it, it says it can't be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file and try again. I downloaded the other copy, but I get the same message. Help!
