it received by msn…and it juz simply crash up my task manager , AVG (coulden open,it says Ur action is disable by administrator) What should i do to fix it up?
P.S- i dun wan to format my pc,no longer to wait that long~
the thing that name (ccSvcHst) is disable my command to Task Manager,Anti virus,another programe etc etc~i hv aredy downloaded norton n it wont fixed the problem properly….i want it bac my task manager n Delete the thing that blocking it~

ccsvchst isn't a virus, it's part of Symantec's software. It sounds like it schedules updates. Do you have two different AVs installed? If Symantec is old and you're using AVG now, uninstall Symantec. If not, try rebooting first and then post again if you still have a problem.
Edit: If you haven't run your AV yet, do it. This link has a fix to undo disabling your task manager.

I would do that, run it, and Google any running processes that I didn't recognize to see if anything is running that shouldn't be, i.e. a virus or other malware.
