I used my non-micorosft uninstaller to remove avast antivirus. I am left with 74 DLL´s, that are write protected and my deletedr 2.1, first time has not been able to delete the 74 dll´s. My regedit, when open shows Awil, and all associated keys have no value. Reinistallation will not work. Tried many times and have given up.
Please, any one know how I can remove the one blue ball in my tray that still opens the scanner, that will not scan, as there are no values in the registry for Avast, out of my system.
Not a cause for conflict, just would like to get rid of that ball in the tray, and the all 74dll´s if possible. Impossible to repair as my purchased uninstaller has already deleted Avast and when the scan of my registry was performed, all the 74 write protected dll´s are left.
