Lately I have been experiencing some annoying ad pop-ups and i used some adware, malware removers and the ads stopped for like a few hours and then when i came home from work and looked at my computer the desktop is taken over by a message saying “spyware have been detected in my pc and several fatal errors due to the spyware activities” and it recommends me to install anti-spyware program. Whenever i try to change the desktop image, the message will come right back. The taskbar is always popping up messages like my computer is at risk and the spyware is able to steal my personal information and things like that. It is also directing me to a website for a anti-spyware program but when i try to install it, a message pops up saying that it needs the administrator’s permission..
This has been going on for like two days, and if anyone can help me figure this problem out I would really appreciate it. THANKS in advance !

Start your PC in Safe Mode.
When your starting up your PC hold down the F8 key.
When the black screen comes up with text on in go to the Safe Mode option and hit enter.
Click on the user Admin.
When the PC starts up go to the Internet and download AVG at http://free.avg.com/

Don't touch those messages. They come from the malware on your computer and they are trying to get you to download and install viruses or spyware. Avg is great and free but confusing to get the settings right. Download Windows Defender at microsoft.com. It's free too. It's anti spyware and anti malware. The internet is a dangerous place to be without being loaded with UPDATED protection.
