I am asking this question from work, because my home computer will not load any internet pages. I bought Macfee anti virus when I bought my computer. It scans my computer everyday, but it does not seem to get rid of the viruses. It is the worst anti virus program I have ever worked with. I got on my computer last night in hopes of downloading AVG 8 for free, but I can not load any pages now. And I will get all these "pop up" pages. It is very strange. Now I do not know how to fix it. Please help me! What do I do??? Thank you!!!

Try this.
download spybot and avg8 on a working pc.
copy the install files to a usb flash drive.
move the flash drive to the bad pc
install the programs from the flash drive
do the program updates
do full scan, spybot first.

Sounds like you need to check your system over for viruses and spyware before taking any more steps. The best guide that I can recommend is at http://www.MySlowPC.info/ click on the "Troubleshooting" link and then follow the advice for finding and removing spyware and viruses.
I recommend that you download the programs that it recommends to your healthy PC, and burn to a CD. Then disconnect the internet from your PC at home and follow the steps to boot into Safe Mode (tap F8 as you power your PC on). Then install and scan.

Please reboot into Safe Mode - hit F8 key repeatedly when rebooting. From there you should be able to run your anti-virus program & anti-spyware program. Here are some good programs if you need them:
