Cracking a Windows password is not a very hacker-friendly thing to do because it's hashed - a hashed password can not be decrypted. A tool called Cain & Abel could crack it for you, but there's no guarantee how long it's going to take.
Another approach, a very universal way, is to reset the admin password by using "NT offline & registry editor", or by using nt_pass with Austrum (I usually recommend people the first tool, but I personally use the second).
Or there's a possibility that you could still access the hidden admin account under safe-mode if it's not password protected.
