How to load Norton ghost 14 on very startup of PC without boot CD?

hi guyz,,
U know when we buy new laptop like Acer's, we always have a partition with Windows backup, which we install using hotkeys. U know I wana do same thing. I know they use ghost for backing up. I jus wana know that how can i get to the screen where it automatically recovers PC.

I've already backed up my C in different partition. So, jus need to know, that in starting up PC, how can i load Ghost without an actual boot disk.
