how to make my kaspersky working?

after uninstall and reinstall again kav7, kis7 and kis8, no one of them is responding. after installing successfully the software the last part of installation fails. no kaspersky window is displaying. i cannot open it, also cannot run the scan. how to make it work?

kaspersky will only work on a clean computer, that means one which has no antivirus programs on it.

Did you totally remove all old AV’s before installing kaspersky ?
