How to make my Monitor Display a Higher Resolution than its recommended use without Having a Screen Scroll.. ?

September 12th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I have a DELL Monitor and it has 1024×768 recommended resolution.. I want it to to display a higher resolution like 1280×1024 without having the Screen Scroll..

Screen Scroll - when i put the mouse on the edge of my screen it scrolls the unseen display.

I want this to be turned off and Compress the 1280×1024 resolution into my screen so that i dont have to scroll it.

Somewhere on the internet I have read that this is a Graphics Card Feature. I am using 7200GS Nvidia.
