How to open Adobe Photoshop CS3 Trial on Windows XP?

I just downlaoded a trial of adobe photoshop CS3 and i have a folder on my desktop called “Adobe CS3″ when i opened it a nother folder came up called “Photoshop” and when i clicked on that another folder came up called “Adobe CS3″ and the internet readme (which i didn’t find much from)

so when i clicked on the other folder 3 more olfers came up, one called “payloads” one called “redist” and one called “resouses’ and along with that a file called “setup’ and 2 files (icons that look like papers) called “Deployment” and “VersionInfo” and 2 more things called “Winsbootst4pper” and “Winsbootstrapper1″

I need help on how to open it, please help!!!
