You can emulate them, but each system will require it's own emulator. Also, the games on CD rom will require you to put them on a CD of your own, and some games don't work right in full-screen mode. There's also a lot of bad roms floating around, and several of the biggest franchises (like Mario and pretty much everything else Nintendo makes) are protected, although it is possible to chase down some roms for protected games.
