How to quarantine in Kaspersky?

My computer is riddled with pop-ups. When I ran kaspersky, it detected the threats(http://i495.photobucket.com/albums/rr320/muggd60/detected-1.jpg) but when I try to quarantine them, all I get is a window asking me to open a file. How do I quarantine these files?
