how to recover a missing wlandll.dll file on a computer with no internet?

it is a gateway windows 98 laptop, and one day when i turned it on it said “.dll WLANDLL.DLL file mising.” does anyone know how to recover that? email the answer to punk_2.0@hotmail.com !!!

      On the laptop find the manufacturer of the Wireless card this missing file belongs to and then go to the manufacturer’s site (if it still exists) and search their archives for the 98 drivers. You can also search DriverGuide. Once you find the drivers, download them to a USB drive and take them to the laptop. Uninstall the old driver and install the new one.
