How to remove a "Trojan horse Generic14.APWU" from a system32 file C:\Windows\System32\FWPUCLNT32.dll?

September 10th, 2009 · 3 Comments

Please help me! ?I currently have AVG free 8.5, but when the multiplle threat detection comes up with the resident sheild alert, i am able to choose remove selected infections or remove all unhealed infections, and both say when i click them is that Forced removal can cause system instablity or even crash. Help please? =[

It’s A Root Kit….Something AVG Is Not Able To Remove…

Download And Install Malwarebytes And SuperAntiSpyware.

Update Then Run Full System Scans.

Did not read the down load page, IT HAS NO ROOT KIT PROTECTION. Now run the program suggested by McAfee.. It will fix you. then lose that program and get avira or avast free. Use malwarebytes’ antimalware and superantispyware once a week to cover yourself..

Just format your computer. Then install a good firewall and antivirus. Before that you can retrieve data from your machine but get the most important only. Because the data could be infected. So write it in a different disc and scan it with antivirus before using.

Force removing of the infected folder or file directly or with a antivirus can cause your PC crashed. So get rid of that and don’t fall in the hole.

I suggest you to use one of these: Bullguard, Kaspersky or ESET NOD32.
