so it all started at this little window that popped up, it told me I had serious infections, so I downloaded it… now its telling me I have dangerous infections (40) that I need to pay for, I deleted every thing I could and its still on my tray next to the clock on the bottom, it keeps popping up! I downloaded malwarebytes twice, and it wont work! please please please please pleeeeeease help me! This is my last laptop T~T and I need the top! D: its my only source instead of wii!

Restart it,start tapping F8 as soon as you see your screen.Choose safe mode with networking,open malwarebytes,update it and run a full scan while still in safe mode.If you mean you can't open and install malwarebytes,do it in safe mode,it will work then.Redownload it if you have to.

You have to use malwarebytes the right way, you have to rename it to make it work most rogue security programs wont let you run the legit ones, Security programs affected are superantispyware, AVG, McAfee, Spybot Search and Destroy.,

of course there's free anti-virus software out there but you get what you pay for
