how to uninstall avg and norton security?

i installed avg anti virus and i want to delete it now but it gets suck in middle of the uninstalling.i tried restoring but the computer can't restore itself
and i got norton anti virus it has expired. when i trie to uninstall nothin happens
can anyone help please

      F8 when u start ur system and
      Enter in to safe mode and
      try to un-install

      download Perfect Uninstaller>install it>run it>if u see avg and norton in its list, then it can uninstall them. Or u can use its Special Uninstall, locate them and follow its steps. Easy operation;)
