How to uninstall client services for Netware?

I can't enable Fast User Switching in my laptop.

whenever i try to change to fast user switching the dialog box said:
"Client services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall client services for Netware."

help. thanks
