How to uninstall cyber security?

I did the steps from Rich T:
1. Open My computer, choose Disk C;
2. Find Program Files=>Common Files=>CSUninstall=>Uninstall
3. Run the file Uninstall.lnk
Like he said it was the company answer.
Now my computer WONT start, it asks me to choice the mode to start the computer with, anything I choice does N OTwork, it just keep restating?
I don’t want to format my computer.
Anybody can help ?
