How to uninstall Hotspot Shield with its annoying popups!!?

Hi,

I once tried Hotspot Shield to bypass proxy. It was useful, but I regret it. Because it has this huge amount of popups coming out even if I am not using the program, or not even using the browser!

Although I've uninstalled the program, I still keep getting the popups. I can't even watch videos because of these annoying popups!

So, how can I completely eliminate these popups! How can I DELETE their existance!
