How to uninstall lexmark 7300 series from my laptop?.?

I have tried over a dozen times to uninstall lexmark 7300 series from my laptop . I have gone to control panel and click uninstall and it keeps on telling me that i should disconnect the cable from the printer even when there is no cable connected and it will end up telling me that the printer is currently in use even when the printer has been off for over 24hours, and it has refuse to uninstall

You may have a document waiting to print. Right click on the printers icon and see if there is a document waiting to be printed. If there is then click cancel.

You can go to control panel >> add / remove programs, then on the lists that will appear, choose lexmark 7300 and click ” Remove”. After it uninstalled, restart.
