No problem..just go to your start menu and click on search…click on all files and folders…then type in Norton and Norton Goback in the search box as seperate entries…click on search….when the 1st search is done..click on hidden files and folders then…all files on Norton should appear…you can click on each one of them and delete by clicking on delete this file/folder on the left task menu…

hi kai~kai, this is a toughy but let me tell you how the best way to remedy this problem hit start>serttings>control panel there hit the add/remove icon or if you have vista features&programs scrol down to norton and uninstall it completely then when you done reboot when you get back to your desktop reinstall and change your password when you install. now for some great advice go to a dime store and buy a cheap notebook then place all of your important information like identification numbers or passwords on the front of the cover and you will never forget it again. good luck hope i was helpful to you
