You may not be able to delete it because you must have already right clicked the file and clicked delete before going to control panel.

      1) Download and install EasyCleaner: http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm
      2) Open the EasyCleaner Add/Remove Programs list.
      3) Click on the software that's giving you trouble, and click the "Delete" button (NOT THE UNINSTALL BUTTON).
      4) Go to My Computer and look in the Program Files folder on your hard drive. Find the folder that contains the trouble software, and delete it (make sure you aren't deleting files from another program that you do want to use).
      5) Delete any desktop shortcuts or Start Menu shortcuts that relate to the software you just deleted.
      6) Run the EasyCleaner registry scanner and delete all invalid registry entries.
      7) Reboot the computer.
