I know this question has been asked before, but I still can't get the hang of it. I wanted to uninstall the Windows 7 Beta, so I formatted the partition where it was installed, but every time I start my PC I still get to choose between Windows 7 and xp. I tried to delete Windows 7 boot's entry from msconfig, but it doesn't even appear there. After intalling the beta again and running msconfig under Windows 7 I found out, that Windows 7 msconfig didn't detect XP at all. What should I do?

You need to restore XP's bootloader. Boot from the XP CD and hit R to open the recovery console. Type the following:
fixboot
fixmbr
Remove the XP CD-ROM and reboot.
