since my laptop updated itself my windows media player 11 is not working so i am wondering whether anyone can tell me how to fix it as every time i try to play a song it just says media changing and then puts a red circle with an x by the song and continually goes to new songs and puts those icons by them then this thing comes up and then says windows media player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click web help. and then cause at bottom it says close and web help so i click web help and nothing comes up so i have to press close but i have noticed when i tried player music on i-tunes its not working either it will just stay at 0:00 so cause i must have tried everything to try and delete it, i can't seem to find a way to so if anyone can help me it would be great if you helped me cause i really need my music for my coursework as i am a dancer (:
