how to uninstall/delete a recovery partition ?

i just got an rogue virus on my computer && i got a norton security program but i cant install it b/c the virus is too embedded so i was told to uninstall/delete the recovery partition so that i can install norton internet security but how do i do that ??

      just check if you have the system32 virus
      go to C:\windows and look for a system32 folder
      if you have it delete it and you wont have to do that
      message me if you need more help
