How too rid myself of AntiVirus Lab 2009?

I didn’t download it or anything. It just keeps popping up non stop I type in CTRL Alt Delete and go to processes and right click the program and hit end processing tree to stop it from popping up but then I shut my computer off and turn it back on and I have to do the same process over again. It just wont go away how do I get rid of it without downloading a bunch of crap to get rid of it?
