When I hear the phrase “Time is on my side” I have always thought that meant that the person feels they can wait longer than the other people because things will just keep getting better for them and not for the other people.
I think a more accurate phrase in this case is you may have found just the right time and the right place for once in your life.
I would not buy “just any house” I would find a great house and it is located very well. I would check it out and buy now.
The Freddie Mac and FNMA bailouts will stabilize the mortgage market and help any recovery, but over a very short term it may scare some sellers and buyers. Take advantage of any good opportunities you can.
