I accidentally blocked access to the internet through McAfee virus protection, and I can't get it back?

The McAfee program said "application has been modified since you origianlly allowed access, would you like to: Grant access, Grant access once, Block access" I clicked "grant access once", then it came up again, so I clicked "grant access once" again. Then it came up a third time, so I clicked block all access, thinking it was a virus. Turns out it was the internet. Now I can open IE but no web page. How do I fix this?
