omg, so my sound has stopped working for few days now, and i sound troubleshooting suggested i reinstall my sound driver: audio device on high definition audio bus. the thing is, i clicked "reinstall" then it starts uninstalling it. but then there was an error when it tried to install the sound driver back! and i can’t reinstall it now since it uninstalled the driver already. i also tried to restore my computer to a previous date, before my computer uninstalled it, it doesn’t work…please help me ![]()

Is everything on your computer still compatible with the sound Driver your trying to download?
I’d check the system requirements.

Well, If i were you, i would just find out what sound card you have and then search for the drivers online. Finding them online is pretty simple. I suppose the "hard part" is finding out what sound card you have. If you have WIndows just go to control panel then select sound and audio devices and it should say somewhere in there what type of card you’re using. Then you should be able to Google the card name adding "drivers" and you should be able to find them. Then proceed to install the drivers. If you have Mac I’m not sure how you find out what card you’re using but it should be somewhere in your hardware info, but i’m not to familiar with macs. Hope this helps.
