If it's Yahoo mail, retrieve the mail that you marked as spam from your Bulk folder and mark it as NOT spam.

1)go to your spam folder.
2) Click on and email from work
3) Somewhere you can click that it's NOT SPAM.
Things will be back to normal

Options, Blocked Addresses, click the address you want to remove, click Remove Block. Good luck!
