Not interested in Firefox; just need help getting the tabs put back so i can open up more than one window at a time. I went to "tools" "internet options" "general" but I don't have a "tab" button to click on. Any other suggestions?
I DO have IE7, yes, since IE6 doesn't have tabs. Also, as I stated before, there is no "tab" button to click on.
I restored my computer back to yesterday's date and that fixed the problem. That seemed like a much simpler solution that uninstalling IE7 and reinstalling. Thank you.

ok this is how you turn on tab browsing in ie7. First go to tools and click on internet options.go to tools then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. you will see TABS on the left hand side. now click on SETTINGS. In the next window you will see check boxes the first one will say ENABLE TABBED BROWSING. and make sure you put check marks in ENABLE QUICK TAB and OPEN NEW TABS NEXT TO CURRENT TAB and restart the internet explorer ( close it and reopen it ) and your done.
P.S. make sure ie7 is installed on your computer
