I am getting Fakealert-ks.dll as being blocked but my desktop picture keeps disappearing..I think I have a vir?

I have ran Mcafee twice and still my picture is disappearing..Can you help me?

      Mcafee sucks when removing this type of trojan I’d try and get Norton or run an update with mcafee to see if it goes away….run a antispyware though because thats what it is..
