I have
Windows xp sp2
I have tried removing it from add or remove programs but it does not remove there are errors of file missing…and the intallation is cancelled…I have tried reinstalling… Can somebody help me…please

Did re-installation complete properly? I think you have deleted some files manually by mistake. Get it installed properly and then uninstall it
