I cannot download the verizon yahoo security suite to my computer.?

To eliminate a recurring notification, I tried to reinstall the verizon yahoo security suite to my computer. When I try to run a security check, i am told the online protection is not installed. When I try to reinstall the security suite, i am told that "the latest version is already installed".
