i cannot uninstall "amazing photo editor"?? pls help!?

i wanted to uninstall and remove all its components form pc.. the software that i wanted to uninstall is called "amazing photo editor". i go control panel then add/remove programs and click search the software and ive click the icon but later a small window pop out says " could not open INSTALL.LOG file"
what should i do? is there another solution to uninstall programs that i don't know! pls dun tell me to download the BEST uninstallers softwares..i just wanna do it manually using my pc..

      Try logging on in safe mode. Then try it. If that doesn't work there is a windows installer cleanup utility at Microsoft.
