i can’t able to delete avg anti-virus, its corrupted so for avg re-installation,i tried to uninstall?

i tried to uninstall through ccleaner
but its saying "something bad happned in the application.error diagnostic file saved to c:\docume*\admin\local\temp\avginst.err’ "
and i also wanted to know whether i can delete all file in temp folder in local settings or not……………please help
