I cant activate my Norton Antivirus?

I recently restored my laptop to factory settings. I then reloaded my anti virus software.when i try to activate it, it tells me my subscription is up. however I definitely have over 100 days left on my subscription. What do i do?

      Sorry, but i agree with him. Talked to Symantec. Unless you are bootlegging that is. :(
