I cant connect my xbox 360 to my vista PC.?

I have a vista home PC that is connected to my home network via wireless usb, my xbox is in the same room and has one of those xbox wireless adapters. There is another pc directly connected to a linkys WRT 310 wireless router. The xbox and all pcs can connect to Internet with this router. I am unable for the life of me to connect the xbox to the pc (that uses a usb receiver) is it not possible to connect and stream media wirelessly at all? i just want to be able to put media on my xbox. I also have the free zonealarm running on this pc (the usb one) and im not tooo sure if the firewall settings are interfering or if i just cant plain do what i want to do

      Your 360 might not be compatible with vista…nothing is!
