I can’t fix my computer from spyware.?

I have AVG virus software, along with adaware, spybot s&d, and superantispyware. After running all of these programs in safe mode, my computer is still having problems.

For example- I get re-directed to another web page when i browse the internet. If i type a website in the address bar, everything is fine, but if i google or yahoo search for a page, and i click the link, i get re-directed.

My computer runs very slowly.

Is my only other option to reformat?

How can I report to Google a search link that leads to a virus, spyware, spam, etc?
