Last night my computer was working normal, then i went to install my blackberry software onto my desktop everything installed, and when it finished it asked that i restart either now, or later. I chose restart now, but when it booted it never goes into windows. I shows the HP welcome screen then it goes to an advanced windows screen askn to choose to start in safe mode, safe mode with networking, etc, or normal. i have tried all the options and they all do the same. The windows logo would appear like its gonna load, then it reboots to the HP welcome screen from the beginning, then it goes back the same place where it asks to choose safe mode, safe mode with networking, ect. It just repeats it self over and over after i choose one of the option. Does anyone have any suggestions of how i can get it to work , or atleast get into safe mode so i can uninstall the software to see if thats the issue.
I have tried all the options, safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command line, as well as the normal way, they all have the same result.

Donlt go into safe mode, instead, choose start windows normally, and it will start. then uninstall blackberry.

u have not mentioned if you are able to get to the desktop in safe mode, if yes, then uninstall the most recently installed application/driver and reboot.
If you are not able to boot into safe mode too, then pop in the xp cd and boot from it.
On the initial screen, select Install windows XP.
Then press R to repair, when it asks for it in the next screen.
Do no press R in the first screen or it will go to the recovery console.

Put your XP install disk in the tray and boot from that…when asked to REPAIR use that option.. try the ‘FIXBOOT” command and restart…good luck

Leave the computer turned off and unplugged for ten minutes. Disconnect all unnecessary devices (especially the blackberry). Then turn it back on. If it still won’t boot, I’d suggest reverting to your latest backup. These kinds of problems usually aren’t worth the complexity of troubleshooting.
There are processes you can follow to figure out the problem, including turning on boot logging and creating a parallel Windows install to work from, but usually it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
