I can't get rid of a Trojan/Virus?

July 30th, 2008 · 2 Comments

My PC has a virus which doesnt allow me to see any of the features of the Strat option at the bottom left corner of the screen (My Documents, My PC, My Pictures, All Programs).

I've tried my antivirus and several others, but none of them seem to be able to erase the virus.

Find a way to backup all your data(put hard drive in another computer and copy your data over) and just re-install windows.

If you cannot you will have to take it to some one who knows what they are doing
