Whenever i try to open anything network related on my computer the window either stays white or freezes completely and is useless, i cant edit anything in my network other than going through my router, and thoses options arent what i want.
i cant see the network on the same computer, i want to edit my network but i cant open it, and when i do the window freezes.

Your network is on the “other side” of your router from you, so the only way to another computer on the network is through the router.
However … make sure that all computers are on the same “workgroup” - if they aren’t, they can’t see each other. Also, it can take up to an hour from the time a computer is connected to the network (physically or by being turned on) before other copmputers in the network can connect to it. And, if you turn all the computers off at night, and turn then on in a different order every time, that just makes matters worse.
