Trend Micro WHAT? The website or the program?
Contact Trend Support and they will reset your passwords after you verify your email and security questions.

I use the same security program. If your trying to get into the protection part of it you wont without the correct password.
The only way you will get over that one is to totally uninstall it and use a Registry Cleaner like CCleaner to clear all traces of it out of the Registry.
Then reinstall it. If you haven’t paid for the extended downloads, ie you can download another copy any time from Trend Micro, then you are going to have a problem getting another copy.
In reply to your other answer Micro can’t reset your password because you make it up and set it.
Personally I can’t see the point of having a password on it if your the only one using it but there you go, that’s me.
