I can’t uninstall a program? Someone help please?!?

The program is an MMORPG called Cabal Online. I went to Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel, but when I hit remove, it tells me that the program is in a format not recognizable by this uninstaller…I have no idea what that means! How am I supposed to change the format of an MMO just to get it off of my computer? Someone plz help!

Normally you can find the program by typing, msconfig, in the run box and click on Startup. Uncheck the program and restart PC. Check the box that comes up after restart, don’t show again.
You can use Task Manager to to stop it..
Next download and use Revo uninstaller.
