so basically i press uninstall and a box comes up saying ‘windows is searching for uninstall.exe. to locate the file yourself, click browse. so i cliked it but i have no idea what to do :S i located limewire but that made no difference .. anyway so i went on contral panel, and clicked uninstall a programme and limewire wasnt there so i thought it must be uninstalled buttt u can still go on it and download :S im so confused
also ive gone onto my files and revo uninstaller and limewire isnt there, but i can still click on it and download! i cant get rid of this thing
when i go to uninstall limewirre on revo uninstaller it says in a box ‘no installation package found!’
try to uninstall in manually
c:\program Files\Limewire\Limewire.exe
and also another thing lol, if its been uninstalled then why do the songs in my itunes still work when there all from limewire

use revo uninstaller it will take it out download at filehippo.com . and its free

Usually you do it with "add and remove software " program
click on setting>>control Panel >>add and remove SOFTWARE>>
with till the page come then find the program and Un-Instill
if it does not work do it old fashion way , click "My Computer" icon
open C drive then click oProgramsms then look foLime-wirere folder
deleted from there if not the whole folder you can open it an delete it file by fileUnfortunatelytly LimeWire is nothing but headache it will infect your computer ,make it work slow , the most damage :it will open your pc to all kind of spyware and worms.

i’ve tried doing everything you said, but everytime i click “delete” it will say “continue” and then press “continue” again, and it says that it’s opened in another program, and to try again and when i press try again it just keeps repeating its self over and over, please help i want limewire removed from my computer
